Japanese Rubber Finger Guards

These Japanese rubber finger guards are infused with bits of leather for extra durability, but they still have the feel of rubber. They fit well and aren’t bulky, so you can still grip smaller objects.
I use them to protect my fingers while sanding small objects, and they work well for holding a piece while using a flex shaft. If I’m only sanding something for a second, I won’t bother with them, but for those marathon sanding sessions, they’re a game changer. You can also use them to keep your fingers from coming into contact with patina or flux, or to make any repetitive gripping job more comfortable.
⚠️ Safety note:
Out of an abundance of caution, I recommend not using these, or anything similar like a glove, when using a polishing machine.
Make sure they fit you snug! I use two sizes, B and C. They’re very long lasting. When I do eventually get a rip, I throw them in my refining bucket.
